The discretion we owe the entrepreneurs who bring us their business is why you will find no client references, no logos and no transaction record on this site. It is a firm policy.

A sale or a financing puts a company’s reputation, the stability of its people and the balance of a family’s wealth at stake. Information that escapes retains value for third parties long after completion — anonymised or not, and whether or not the parties agreed to its release.

Our discretion therefore covers everything: during a transaction and after it, on this site as in meetings and with the press.

The shareholders who appoint us know the same rule will protect them.
